What should I do if I can't view the documents I uploaded for my Thai visa application after a decline?
I'm trying to re submit more docs after initial application declined. It says they have loaded but when I press view I can't see the contents of the document, just a long numerical pdf file name which it won't open. Is this correct? I don't want to submit if they aren't uploaded properly and though it says document uploaded successfully!

Initial application was declined ? Right ? Then you have to re apply, and submit all the documents they were asking

If your application has already been declined you need a completely new application. Or do you mean they have asked for additional information?

Mine failed on PDF resubmitted everything on Jpeg and it was excepted.

Apparently, that's normal. You can sometimes see the pdf if you're on a laptop. But on a phone, it will just give the blue view button, but nothing will happen if you press it. The embassy website renames it to their own system. It should have uploaded successfully though.

If you are submitting more than one doc, try merging them , use gpt chat, it does it for you + gives you a link to download then add that to the application
