Hi hope everyone is well. I'm applying my DTV visa from London, UK. Submitted all my documents on Monday. Got an email regarding 'Request for Further document' -Photograph taken within the last six months.: - Please use your mobile phone to take a selfie photo in plain white background and close up your head and top of your shoulders.(Your face must be clear and in focus and take up 70β80% of the photo.).
orginally I had uploaded passport photo I had taken 3 months ago. Not sure why this was not acceptable. Anyhow, I'm having issues submitting the the uploaded photo. It says I've submitted but when I refresh, the application seems to be stuck on processing with message "There is an application that requires your attention. Please click the icon with a red dot."
Anyone else experience this, at one point I did see a "The team is fixing and updating the system." message, when I refreshed.
Thanks,
