TLDR : Answer Summary
A user in Kuala Lumpur is experiencing frustration with repeated document requests during their DTV soft power Muay Thai visa application process. Comments suggest that consulates in Malaysia are notorious for asking for multiple documents and that applicants need to provide clear, valid paperwork. There's concern about the legitimacy of the submitted documents, specifically regarding the gym certificate's validity and the necessity for accreditation by the government.

Have you read this?

Its as fake as fake can be.

It's all in capitals.

It says you were there from 25 July 2025 to 2026.

It says you were paid there.

Total scam.

Watch out for fake muay Thai gym’s etc, they need to be accredited by The government on their official list

The illegible certificate from the gym doesn't seem to be a "confirmation letter" from the sports and tourism ministry. The certificate doesn't seem to be a confirmation letter of any kind. Do you have a better quality photo and more documents, specifically a confirmation letter from the tourism and sports ministry that's dated later than 2022 as shown in the certificate?

The consulates in Malaysia are known for requesting documents 2-3 times for the same thing you've already sent. You should have done better research before applying from Malaysia. It's known that you'll have to respond to MANY requests and it will likely take over a month.
