What should I do if my Thai eVisa application requests additional documents but I cannot find the tab to upload them?

I applied for a Thai evisa in the UK & they requested further documents which I sent & then they requested more docs which I think I sent but when I login it still says request documents.This is  the instructions they sent:

1. Log in to our website at [www.thaievisa.go.th](https://go.mfa.go.th/cb/c_ts/2444/1/j006tew/lkZkpdfsmxowstB0dji9wSNsVDg2JB7l7SX6NOsi-pDBx0aZRA2CJ0sjmJGRrTjwkucvkV4TOJ7evCJ9vvZHSvNrJ5GbLVvjFCqreIZlXSxuaFPv9p-7nN3GcSi9U-gE/F/6a60e55b839f2b524c39af57/52dfdb6a/F).
2. Check “Request Document” notification or click “Manage Visa Application” tab.
3. Select “Status Checking” tab and click “View”.
4. After clicking on “Reference No.” tab, please upload requested documents and click “Submit”.
5. Confirm the attachment of the requested documents by clicking “Accept & Confirm”.
6. Your Booking Status will change form “Request Document” to “Pending Document Check”.

There  is no Status Checking tab & all the reference No tab does is change the order of applications.

I tried phoning them but got a taped message saying the embassy is closed,even though it was 2pm & they're supposed to be open until 5pm,& it's not a holiday in Thailand.

There was a public holiday on Tue, Wed and Thu of this week.  It sounds like you tried on Tue.

Its a while since I did mine but I remember a lot of frustration trying to find out how to load docs until I found the hidden tabs. The instructions were not good.

Try a desktop computer or if on a mobile phone choose the browser menu item show desktop site

Sadly, not really much you can do about it, other than try to upload the requested documents again and see if the status changes
