TLDR : Answer Summary
A user reports difficulties applying for an eVisa on the official website, facing repeated card declines despite using multiple credit cards. Commenters suggest checking if their banks are set up for 3D verification, recommend using a computer over mobile devices for better results, and mention potential issues with American Express. They also highlight problems uploading documents and suggest contacting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for support.

Do you know if your banks are setup for 3D verification? That is the verification that Thai banks use, and for some reason many foreign banks are not setup to use it.
