HELP , family in Canada yesterday tried to apply for 60 day tourist visa online through  the e-visa government portal.  Using Google , Google Chrome,  Safari.  6 hours , still didn't get one visa completely inputted. Zero results other than frustration.

Site was locking up or if a question was incorrectly answered  ( back botton used ) it would take them back to the beginning of the application questionnaire to start over again. 

 Is this unusual  ? Is the site crashing from panic users? 

Suggestions and recommendations needed . Thank you.
