What should I do if my 90-day reporting status is pending after submission in Thailand?

I did my 90-day reporting on 5th March and it's due on 2nd June. During that period, the online reporting wasn't working and I was delayed into submitting where I had to pay a fine of 2000 baht. However, I just did my online reporting and it got processed and is "pending" status. I'm a bit worried now, does that mean my 90-day has been processed, or do I need to go in person and do it tomorrow at the One Stop service? Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about their 90-day reporting process after experiencing delays due to online system issues, leading to a fine. They were worried about the pending status of their report. Community responses clarified that a pending status means the report is under process and to await further instructions via email. An update confirmed that visiting a One Stop Service resolved the issue quickly, suggesting the online system might be unreliable.

Update: I’m on BOI visa and went to one stop service today at Chamchuri Square. It took literally 10 seconds, no questions asked and I was handed over the slip. Seems like only system just acting weird.

it means exactly what it says, the status of the report is pending. You did APPLY to file a 90 day report and your information was accepted and the report is in PENDING status, so you wait for the email that says your report is approved (in which case you go back into the system and print the "next appointment" receipt) or denied, in which case you go file in person.

Watch for the email from them (no worries waiting a day or two for the results because even if it's denied you can still go apply in person within 7 days after the due date (so until the 9th) without any fine or any problem. I'd give it a few more days
