What should I do if my 90-day report application is pending in Thailand?

Hi all,

I have a quick question about the 90 day report.

I came to Thailand in 14 January 23, and I did the 90 day report online on the 12 April (I live in Bangkok)

However my application is still pending (I thought it is taking longer because of the SongKran), but it is over a week now. My question is ... Should I wait for the result or go to do it in person? (Not sure if there is a time limit to do it, I think I ever heard you have up to a week to do it)

Many thanks in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about their pending 90-day report submitted online and is unsure whether to wait for the result or go in person to avoid potential fines. Comments from others indicate that while there is a window for submitting the report (15 days before to 7 days after the due date), waiting too long may incur a fine of 2000 baht for late reporting. One commenter shared their experience of a similar situation, highlighting the timeline and the busy conditions at immigration offices, suggesting that it may be prudent to act quickly.

Same thing happened to me—-mine was due on the 12 and i submitter before April 6 holiday was still pending. On Tuesday got an am message said was received and by night time it was reject so I went yesterday on the 7th day to chanwattana to do in person and it was jammed pack with people doing their 90 days. I counted 12 people who had missed their date and had to pay the 2000 baht fine.

It's your decision to wait until get the result or do it today in person after canceling pending report.

90days report windows are:

- At the local immigration office: 15 days before until 7 days after the due date

- Online: 15 days before until the due date

Your due is 13 April if you entered on 14 January, so if you want to do it without being fine you need to go today.

After today, you will be fined 2000 baht for lack of 90 days report. It's the same fine you go tomorrow or months later.

thanks, do I have to cancel it first? Or I can just go and do it in person?

I believe I need to go to the building near impact arena, not Chengwattana?

TIA
