2. My 90days will be expired on January 12th

maybe its a requirement for some immi centres and others not

Just came from Chaengwatthana immigration after taking care of my 90 day reporting. They require a TM30 and you can get it done at the same immigration office since you didn’t take care of it within 24hrs of coming back from SG. Just plan on spending half a day there 😁
Salim *******
You will need to show them your condo lease agreement for the TM 30 and copies of your passport pages with arrival stamp from SG

BTW, I’m on a non-O retirement visa, so not sure if it’s any different for a work visa

Your 90 day reporting is reset from the day your arrived back in Thailand

Online TM30 can only be done within 24 hours of arrival otherwise the website does not accept it. I faced this issue after traveling abroad with a multiple re-entry permit. If your landlord didn’t file within 24hrs then you need to go to Immigration office and take care of it. I stood in two separate lines, first to get my TM30 and then to do the 90 day reporting, make sure you take a copy of your condo lease and arrival stamp

you left the country and returned hopefully with a re-entry permit; you must go to immigration with 24 hours of return.

i left and came back and did a new tm30 2 months ago
Graham ******
Yes you will as Immigration are now insisting that a TM30 must be dated after your most recent entry stamp. Your 90 day reporting reset to day 1 when you re-entered.

That's up to your local immigration office that you are using as they all have their own rules

you'll need a new one each time you leave the country then. But as of now you don't need a new one if you travel inside the country.

I have a working visa.. not tourist visa..

Some people said, you only need to do that if in tourist visa...πŸ€·β€β™€οΈπŸ€”

that's not how it works. The policy is different based on each immigration office, but at that office the policy is for everyone. Just be happy you're not using an office that requires a new TM30 anytime you spend the night away from home. But the policy could change any time.

Besides that wouldn't make any sense because tourist visa people can't leave the country and return. If there was a policy it would be for working visa and not tourist visa.
