Appeal for an idea!!!

I have landed BKK last June ,staying with medical treatment patient till now, Patient went back home and I left in BKK for some unclear documents and balance credits amount to clarify.

1 . Today I discovered that my visa is invalid since patient left out of country.

Even I have valid visa stamp, my visa is auto cancelled and pay for over stay fine. That's Okey.

2. Any idea of returning to BKK for further treatment with patient?

Would I get visa entry denied?

Or I pay the fine and went to to other country via flight?

I am afraid that I may not Grant for entry.

I am open to any advise.

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses the author's situation regarding an invalid visa after the patient they were caring for returned home. Although they have a valid visa stamp, their visa has been auto-cancelled due to the patient's departure. The author seeks advice on whether they would be denied entry upon attempting to return to Thailand for further treatment with the patient, or if they can resolve the situation by paying the overstay fine and leaving the country.

When did the patient leave? That might determine your period of overstay. If more than 90 days, could be a big problem. If less, you might face scrutiny, but should be able to re-enter.

OK you should be fine then but may have overstayed by a week. Get your situation sorted out ASAP.

Incorrect, bans only start after 90+days overstay and a 5 year ban requires a 1 year overstay. Stop scaremongering!

in case of caughted first one is his situation.

you are wrong.If he got caughted by police less than 1 year overstay 5years ban.

More than 1 year 10years ban.If got caughted nothing about 90days+.

after 90 days if you surrender yourself. If you're caught with 1 day overstay, you can be banned.

Aware of that condition. Thanks. Mine is only a few days now. Just wondering why can not be still valid as of stamped on the book.

@Nyein ******
If it's an extention of stay that auto cancels when the reason becomes invalid, if it's a visa the you'll be OK

my every three months staying can be named as a visa or permit stay ?

@Nyein ******
Are you still in Thailand?
Steve *******
@Nyein ******
The first 90 days is a visa, after that it's an extention of stay, the stamp in your passport will tell you, extended stay

I got the point. I was stressed as I used to lived in heavy panelty fine country for over staying, either knowing or unknowingly. Thanks ๐Ÿ™

If you get caught before getting to the airport to leave you will be arrested and banned from entering Thailand for 5 years
