Hello All, As a tourist on a 60 day tourist visa, I will be moving around staying in different hotels, guest house, friends' houses etc. Do I need to notify immigration of address? If so, what address? Will I have a problem when I go to extend for the extra 30 days later? Many thanks to anyone who can help...

TLDR : Answer Summary
When staying in Thailand on a 60-day tourist visa, you are generally required to notify immigration of your address if you are staying at a friend's house. The TM30 reporting requirement means you need to inform immigration about your whereabouts within 24 hours, especially if you move around frequently. However, if you're staying in hotels or guest houses, these typically have an online system for reporting your information to immigration. To avoid any potential issues when extending your visa for an additional 30 days, it's advisable to keep your address updated.

Hotels and guest houses would have the online system set up if they are properly managed. As for friends’ houses, the reporting limit is 24 hours, so I’m guessing that if you don’t stay more than a night, you (or your friend, rather) might risk not doing the TM30.
