Good morning,

My family and I are on our first education visa (4 adults with USA passports). We received them in Vientiane and returned to Chiang Mai with no issue. With things getting more "by the book" at immigration I want to make sure we are prepared for our first extension of stay. Our visa expires on 14 February do we need paper work from the school for the extension? I don't like waiting for the last minute so I want to make sure we have enough time. Also is the cost still 1900฿ for the extension? And my last question is do we need to update our TM30 when we do the extension and if so do we need to bring paper work from our landlord or just the receipt of notification we received last time?

Thank you in advance ❣️
