Need advice from fellow members here.

Relocated from Samut Prakan to Chiangmai, staying in family's home for good. Had my TM30 recorded in Samut Prakan immigration. I will be applying for my 60 days extension (on my visa exemption) as I have a thai kid. Few questions.

1) What documents does the owner of the Chiangmai home need to provide for me to report with a TM28?

2) Can I do the TM28 report + extension at the Promenada Mall that I saw on earlier postings?

3) For the extension, is it the same TM7 with child's birth cert, tabien ban, wife's ID and tabien ban, my passport usual photocopies?

Thank you in advance!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has relocated to Chiang Mai and seeks advice on how to report their stay with a TM28 and apply for a 60-day extension on their visa exemption. They inquire about necessary documents from the home owner, potential locations for reporting and extending their visa, and the specific paperwork required for the extension, especially concerning their child.

The house owner needs a copy of your id page of the passport, fill in the TM30 from, copy his ID card and blue housebook. 2) it is the TM30 3) yes.
