TLDR : Answer Summary
After entering Thailand on a Non-O visa as the trailing spouse of a foreign teacher, you can apply for a visa extension within 45 days before your initial 3-month stay expires. You will need documents from your spouse's school or employer for the application process, which takes place at the Chaengwattana immigration office in Bangkok.

You can apply for an extension when your entry stamp remains 45 days or less in Bangkok. You get the documents from your spouse's school/employer, then go to Chaengwattana with your spouse to apply for an extension. You will be stamped for matching your spouse's extension of stay.
