Is anyone a foreign teacher with a spouse on a dependent visa or vice versa? My school has no idea what to do and we're nearing his visa expiring. I would love clear answers. We use Chaeng Wattana as our IO.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A foreign teacher with a spouse on a dependent visa can apply for an extension at Chaeng Wattana immigration office. The spouse may need to apply for a 90-day Non-O visa based on being married to someone with a Non-B visa and a work permit. It is crucial that the spouse has at least 15 days remaining on their current visa to apply within the country. If there is insufficient time, the spouse must either leave Thailand to secure a new visa or obtain a new entry stamp.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Service to get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).
For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
Go out to Chaengwattana Section C-1 <- that's the section that issues in country 90 day Non-Immigrant Type visas. They will have a hand out that lists the required documentation to apply for an in country 90 day Non-O visa based on being the spouse of someone who has a Non-B visa, a work permit and who legally works here.
Your husband will need at LEAST 15 days left on his current stamp to apply in country for this visa. If they do not have that much time left on their stamp they can't get the visa inside the country and they either need to go to a thai consulate in another country to get the 90 day Non-O visa OR they need to exit/re-enter the country on a new 30 day visa exempt entry stamp or a new 60 day tourist visa to start the process at the immigration office of getting a 90 day Non-O visa in country

The reason they need at least 15 days on their current stamp is that the application goes under consideration for 14 days before you go back and get the Non-O visa and a new 90 day stamped inked into your passport. The Non-O visa costs 2000baht.

Your spouse applies for an extension which is done at CW. Or your spouse leaves the country and applies for a new dependant visa.
The immigration print out states that they need a copy of my school's license, director's license, a list of taxes paid by Thai employees and me. We've been going in circles about the paperwork for months.
