TLDR : Answer Summary
For your first 90-day reporting at Thai immigration, you need to ensure that a TM30 form has been filed at your residence. Additionally, you should bring your passport. If you live with a girlfriend permanently, the requirement for a TM30 may not apply.

TM30 is digitaly done by your landlord. Very very few immigration offices want to see a printout of the tm30 registration. To make sure you can ask your landlord if he did it for you.
