Hi guys,I submitted my first 90-day report at the phuket immigration office today after 90 days. I did not present any documents, I just gave my passport. And the officer gave me a document, that's all. However I tried to do it online last night, but it was rejected, probably he saw and used the information that I entered the system, so it was very easy, and I also never submitted the TM-30 document.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The process of submitting a 90-day report at immigration offices in Thailand, such as in Phuket and Chiang Mai, appears to be straightforward. Expatriates have reported that only their passport is often required, without the need for additional documents like the TM-30 or the TM-47 forms. Variability exists between different immigration offices regarding required documents, as some places might request multiple copies, while others may only require the passport. Timings for completing the process are typically quick, often taking just a few minutes.

The 90 day reporting is very easy to do. I did a TM30 and immediately went to immigration with the receipt and handed my passport in for the 90 day report. Noticed there was a 90 day form, but that was after I had already submitted it and the clerk didn't ask me to fill out the form. I was in and out of immigration in less than 5 minutes. Took me longer to park my car inside the immigration parking area.

I did mine yesterday in Chiang Mai. All I needed was passport and completed TM47. I was told I needed TM30 and handed copy over. He just gave it back to me. I was told I needed bio page of passport plus viaa and entry stamp. Not needed. He scanned passport then printed out o0 Day report. About 3 mins. At Jomtien last time I needed all the copies plus paper TM30. Unless they are starting to align then different offices have different requirements.
