Hi people. I live in Bangkok and I have a non-immigrant O visa. I need to file a 90-day report by March 23rd.

I'm looking for the most convenient way to do this. Unfortunately, the website for 90-day reporting appears to be down. (Is it ever up?) I would appreciate some up to date advice on how to report.

Thanks in advance for your time.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, living in Bangkok with a Non-Immigrant O visa, seeks advice on filing a 90-day report by March 23rd, especially since the online reporting website is not working. The community discussions reveal that the report can be filed in person at the Chaeng Wattana Immigration Office, as it's the user's first report. They also learn that online submission should be completed 15-7 days before the report date. Additionally, there's mention of using the Bumrungrad Hospital Business Centre as a possible service to report on their behalf for a fee.

Pictures tell more than 1000 words.

All clear, entry date, 90 day report date, how to report, where to report and even a bonus about the certificate of residence.

Some tell what does it matter, you know what he means.

Well you can read above a long discussion with absolute the wrong information/advice

Adam has an Extension of Stay permitted up to 29 Sep 2020 and used his multiple re-entry stamp to come back from a business trip on 4th Jan. As he does not plan a trip, the 90 days report will be around 4 April and using the system is to early and as it is his first report it has to be done in person at his local Immigration Office.

Good luck.

has sorted me out via Direct Message. A few takeaways:

1) need to make clear on this page what type of visa you are on. I was on an extension of stay, not simply a non-imm o visa. The details are vital to get the accurate advice you seek.

2) As it's my first report, I will need to go in person.

3) Online applications need to be made between 15-7 days before the report date.

4) Can only report in Bangkok at Chaeng Wattana immigration office.

Thanks for your time!

Please post a picture as it is totally clear you have no idea what is inside your passport and we all have to guess you use the correct words but now you're even changing from visa to extension.

it is all gambling what we do here, please help us to give you correct advice and post a picture of your legal stay

I know all of this
@Robert ******
. All I am asking is what the most efficient method of reporting is, considering the website does not seem to be working.

@Adam *******
if unable to use the website, and unwilling to report in person at CW, then you could use the Bumrungrad Hospital Business Centre service to report on your behalf. If you live between Ploenchit and Phrom Phong that might be considered ‘efficient’, although they charge a fee of approximately 500 baht for this service.

So, now that it's been established that I have extended my Non O visa based on marriage for a year, and all I need to do every 90 days is report, could you tell me what the most convenient way to report is? Again, the website does not seem to work once I submit my form. Thanks

Pat Fisher I didnt think I would have to but judging by this thread, it may be the best option

I have already secured the 1 year extension to my non O visa. All I need to do is report every 90 days, or leave the country.
Robert *******
You can not report, as you would be an ILLEGAL alian, you would be in OVERSTAY. You need to leave before or on the day stamped in your passport.
Robert *******
And you can not make or use the Apply for Notification of residence when staying in the Kingdom over 90 days.as your simply not allowed to stay that long inside Thailand.
Robert *******
So, you have the visa. On entry you get 90 days Admitted to stay and you leave Thailand just before or on that day and as long as you come back before or on the Valid until day you get a new 90 day period of stay
Robert *******
but try to make it clear, what is inside your passport?

You may show a picture without personal details.

The top Visa from a Thai Consulate or

the bottom: a stamp from Immigration?
Robert *******
okay, you work, nice but nothing to do with Thai immigration rules about 90 days report or 90 days allowed to be in the country.

What kind of visa do you use?

I have a multiple entry non-O visa based on marriage. I know that I cannot stay longer than 90 days without leaving the country or reporting. My question is how to do it as efficiently as possible.
Robert *******
So you're allowed to be maximum 90 days inside the country and then you leave.

You can not make 90 day reports a you are not allowed to be so long inside Thailand.

I leave the country for work, not for border runs

You have to file the 90 day report every 90 consecutive days you're in Thailand. If you aren't in Thailand for 90 consecutive days, then you don't file a 90 day report.
Robert *******
But you have a visa and most visa only allows you to be 90 days inside Thailand, so why do you like to report that you're more then 90 days inside Thailand in stead of doing the border run?
Robert *******
Website is up and running again, I just checked in

When I complete the form and click submit, the screen just goes blank and doesn't load up a notification page. Any idea why?

I have a visa. This just just a report. I haven’t needed to file because I’ve been regularly leaving the country
