Can we apply for a 7-day extension at the same immigration office when cancelling Non-B and Non-O visas in Bangkok?

Hi.. We’re in Bangkok and going to immigration to cancel my husband's Non-B and my Non-O with his workplace. We’ll need to leave Thailand within 24hrs. We could apply for an extension. It’ll get denied but we get 7 days. Is this correct? If so, can we apply for an extension at the same place or do we need to go to another office? Thanks for your help!

the work permit needs to be canceled too. save it after being cancelled.

you turn in the work permit booklet (if you have one when you cancel it) but you get the receipt that shows you cancelled the work permit from the MOL

i had another one after that but i don’t have the book, so maybe that’s why

they punched holes in my old work permit and gave it back to me to keep, but that was quite a long time ago.

totally correct, no need to change offices

you apply for that 7 day extension denied get out of thailand in a week stamp at the same counter you cancel the current extensions 🙂

, just in case. IF your husband's and your extensions were issued at Cham Churi, you have to cancel extensions there at cham churi, but you have to go to CW to apply for another extension to get 7 days to leave stamps.
