- 3 months of bank statements

- portfolio screenshots with URL

- letter from my company (which I own) stating I can work from anywhere and remotely.

- tax return from last year

And of course passport, photos etc...

I applied online. You get your passport stamp when you enter after approval. At least that's what I've been told.
