Do condo owners in Bangkok usually fill out the TM30 form easily? Should I get a photocopy of the owner’s ID and a copy of the property ownership document? Do they usually provide these documents without any issues? Should I request these documents from the real estate agent I rented the place from?

TLDR : Answer Summary
In Bangkok, condo owners generally can provide the TM30 form and necessary documentation such as copies of their ID and property ownership documents without much hassle, especially during the contract signing. It is advisable to request these documents from the landlord or through the real estate agent you rented from. Some users have successfully managed these requirements with the help of their agents, while others suggest asking for access to online reporting systems for self-reporting. Overall, having these documents is essential for immigration purposes.
My real estate agent is my liason with my landlord. Any questions like yours I'd be sending to my agent. Some things she can handle without bothering the landlord and other matters she can refer to the landlord directly. No language issues makes it very easy.
Yes you can ask for documents if you don’t see them when you sign the contract. You tell them you want a TM30 but that is only going to happen after to sign the contract.
Jani Careni I look for a Thai landlord with a proper rental contract. I don’t want a foreign or absentee landlord that is not properly renting their units. Copies of their ID and house book should be present at the contract signing but you can’t get a TM30 until you occupy the unit.
