What is the effective date for the condo contract when applying for the STV visa in Thailand?

Hi everyone, for applying STV visa I need to provide a condo contract, but it’s not specified on the embassy website that whether this contract starts from the day I land in Thailand or the day I finished quarantine?

Ofcourse the day after quarantine. You must provide the address and proof once you landed in Thailand during passport control.
