Hi, everyone, may I ask a question here pls? After we are out of quarantine from the hotel we will return to our self owned condominium in Phra kanong area BKK, in this case do we still need to do online TM 30 report? I was trying to register on the apps but found out it’s for foreign tenant and landlord, so do I need to register myself as foreign tenant when I own the condominium?

Appreciate your kind answer in advance🙏

TLDR : Answer Summary
After quarantine, if you return to your own condominium in the Phra Kanong area of Bangkok, you still need to do an online TM 30 report. As the condo owner, you can register using the online system for reporting by uploading your chanote (title deed) and your passport's data page.

As a condo owner you can register to use the online system by up loading your chanote (title deed) and the data page of your passport.

They will send you a user id and a temp password, you log in and change the password and then you can use the system to register people at your address in the online TM30 program.
