Question regarding completion of TM30 form: I am going to Phuket immigration to file my own TM30, with documents provided by the landlord. Does the landlord complete and sign the TM30 form or do I? Whose name goes in the "Full Name" line, along with nationality and age? Landlord's or alien's (mine)? If I am considered the possessor of residence, then my understanding is my info goes on the form twice. Is this correct?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When filing the TM30 form at Phuket immigration, it is crucial that your name and information are provided in the relevant sections. The landlord must complete and sign the form as the property owner, but your information should also be included where applicable. Specifically, your details should appear on the second page of the TM30. It is recommended to bring the landlord's Thai ID, the house book, and a power of attorney form with a 10 baht stamp to ensure a smooth process.
your name and information goes on the second page.
Most immigration offices want the landlords thai i/d, the house book listing for where you're staying AND the power of attorney form with the 10baht stamp on it too
