My teaching contract expires at the end of March and my school has yet to inform me whether or not they are extending my contact. My question is what happens to my Visa, and work permit if they decide not to keep me? And what are my options if I lose my non b, and permit?
Thank you
TLDR : Answer Summary
If your teaching contract expires and is not extended, you need to cancel your work permit and your extension of stay before the end date. You should act promptly, as failure to do so will require you to leave Thailand within seven days if you apply for an extension that gets denied. It's advisable to look for a new job quickly and have a plan for applying for a new visa if you intend to return to Thailand.
