Does the online 90 day reporting have to be done within two weeks prior to the 90 day expiration date?

You can do your 90 day report IN PERSON between 15 days before the due date UP TO 7 days after the due date without a fine.

You can do your 90 day report ONLINE between 15 days UP TO the due date.

If you want to do your 90 day report by mail, ask your local immigration office for their policy.
