TLDR : Answer Summary
The rules for 90-day reporting in Thailand allow for in-person submissions from 15 days before until 7 days after the due date. For online submissions, the reporting can be done from 15 days prior up to the due date, but not if it's your first report or if you've changed your passport since arriving.
I have a similar situation, and looks like I have to go do in person as the online app will not let me do it. Really nice that they force people to do it in person during covid times... :/

If you have changed passport since you came to Thailand, then the online app will not let you do it (I have had that problem for 2 years now...), I was told by the BKK immigration that it is because the new passport number does not match the pp number that I entered Thailand with.

Just be sure it's not your very first 90days report if you want to try online...
the TM30 address they have on you is NOT the current address where you are using for the 90 day report. Whether you stayed at a hotel somewhere and they filed a TM30 online for you. You need to go and update your TM30 with your current address
Thanks. Works the process on the app the same at via website (like Tod showed at another posting)? I just registered (took me 5min) and applied for 90 days reporting (took me another 5min). Due date in 1 week, so if it is rejected I still have time to drive 60km to the immigration office.
