TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, if you are staying in Thailand for more than 90 days on a DTV (Digital Nomad Visa), you need to report your address to immigration either online or in person. The first report must be done in person, and subsequent reports can typically be completed online.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
  • Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Serviceto get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).

Yes If you’re staying in Thailand for more than 90 days on a DTV, you still need to do the 90-day report. It can be done online or in person at immigration. Just reporting your address — not extending the visa.
