I'm going this Thursday to apply for extension based on marriage.
I got the letter from the bank today.
I think I need a 6 months transaction record, is that correct ?
Should I get it at chaengwattana just before applying ? How does it work?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking information regarding the necessary documentation for applying for an extension based on marriage in Thailand, specifically about obtaining a 6-month bank transaction record. Comments suggest that such a record could be obtained directly from the bank, and they clarify additional proof of income requirements necessary for the visa application.
And the question is, do you provide for proof of income:
1. Bank statement of 400.000 Thb two months prior appication date
2. Proof of foreign income using the Affidavit from your Embassy
3. If you Embassy does not provide, 12 months every month a foreign deposit into a Thai bank account on your name of minimum 40.000 Thb
4. a Thai income of minimum 40.000 Thb with work permit and 3 months prior application date of payments for Social Security and tax for you and minimum 4 Thai staff.
why didn't you ask the bank to print you a detail transaction record when you were there today getting the letter? They can do 6 months on the spot ๐

you only need to show the funds have been in the account for the previous 2 months before you apply for the new extension, IF your bank book is updated regularly you should be fine
OR
when you go down stairs to update your bank book have the branch in the basement print the detail transaction for you on the spot
they can print 6 months when you ask for it, just have them do that when you update the bank book. AND you DO need to update the bank book the date you apply
oh okay I got confused between updating on the same day and getting the record. Well I guess I'm going to queue up at the bank on Thursday then! Thanks Tod
