Hi everyone, sorry if my english is not very good, I would like to ask you guys a favor since this is the first time that my husband and I we will try to apply non-o visa (Married to Thai) 1 year with 400K THB (3 months) in Thai bank, we have tried check both from online and government call center (1111) never get the same answer so we hv tried call directly to immigration and they just give a moody quick answer & not so clear if anyone recently went to extend this type of visa please give me an advice, refer to the information we get from immigration as follows question:

1. Is the letter from bank (gaurantee 400k) can be used for 7 days? (my husband bank acct.)

2.Book bank that we have to update must update the same day we go apply visa is it true? and do they have Kasikorn bank in the same buliding?

3. I have read from old post here, said we can get queue out side in early morning where we can get the outside queue excatly?

4. We plan to arrive there about 5 -6 am if we get queue, do we hv to get another queue inside? We afraid we will miss the queue since we hv to go bank at 8.30 to update book bank.

5. Any other special doc requires beside they mentioned on website?

6. Can extend visa before the old non-o (multiple) 90 days stay finish in 45 days.

My husband doesn't have fb so im asking on behalf of him we appreciated for all advice. Thank you so much.

Depending on where you're getting your extension you might be required to show your lease agreement and or have filed a TM.30 (alien in residence) form too

@Udo****
that will be great, you will have the blue book and he will have the yellow (y)

they won't care about the TM.30 but they might want your lease and a copy of the land lords thai i/d and the house book listing on the place you rent.

1. Is the letter from bank (gaurantee 400k) can be used for 7 days? (my husband bank acct.)

ANS: YES.

2.Book bank that we have to update must update the same day we go apply visa is it true? and do they have Kasikorn bank in the same buliding?

ANS: Make a min deposit of THB 100.00 and update the bank book to show current balance same day.

3. I have read from old post here, said we can get queue out side in early morning where we can get the outside queue excatly?

ANS: Outside Q will always be long especially on MONDAYS, FRIDAYS, eve of PH, day after PH so try to go midweek instead. Once inside ensure all documents check and prepared and head to the Q counters and inform the officer you’re there for extension of stay based on marriage and a Q number will be given to you. That counters will be on the left side. Once you have the Q numbers, whatever happens they will clear you the same day.

4. We plan to arrive there about 5 -6 am if we get queue, do we hv to get another queue inside? We afraid we will miss the queue since we hv to go bank at 8.30 to update book bank.

ANS: Answer as above. And you will have ample of time to update the bank book while waiting for your turn. One of you can go downstairs and do the deposit and updating while the other one sit and wait.

5. Any other special doc requires beside they mentioned on website?

ANS: For BKK, one copy of each documents enough. Please bring ORIGINAL marriage certificate as well. If not they may ask you to come back again.

6. Can extend visa before the old non-o (multiple) 90 days stay finish in 45 days.

ANS: 45-30 Days no problem.
