90 day non o as others have said easy to complete on line, just don't make a mistake or gets rejected and you lose the payment. I put wrong date on my passport, because i was rushing so i could go the lash, had to do all again.
Right… I did this type of thing from November last year to the beginning of March this year (2026)… You get the 90 Non O visa and then go to Immigration and they will extend it by 60 days… You fill out a form, pay 1900 baht, two passport photos, proof of where You are staying and photocopies of passport and the other documents… I hope this helps Fella…
Steve Race like I said apply for the non,o visa based on marriage in your own country, and extend to get the extra month, I know there's 1 or 2 that will contridict me ,but if you extend for 60 days you get the extra 30 days you want
Curt Thurston you know that they are cracking down on things like that right? They’re calling it boarder jumping, you’re trying to get the man banned or what? The man is trying to spend some time with his Thai wife’s family. But, with the ridiculous thinking from the Thai government/immigration that a vacation doesn’t consist of anything that long people like him and myself find ourselves in these ridiculous situations.
Steve Greir or I should have said get a extension to cover him for the remaining 30 days he wants to stay if he gets a 60 day extension it covers his extra 30 days .
Get a 90 day Non-O visa based on being married to a Thai. You can also get a 60 day extension at your local immigration office in Thailand based on visiting Thai family, it's quite independent of the Non-O visa, it just so happens that your wife is your Thai family in this instance. That will give you up to 150 days in Thailand. If that's not long enough you could get a 12 month extension based on marriage but there's some hoops to jump through before you leave the UK for that
Steve Race then you'll need a visa that covers such a long "holiday" in Thailand. Or a 90 day non O based on marriage and extend if you've got funds in the bank. There may be other visas you could use.
