Funds are aged 60 days this week (15 Oct).

What information or letters do I ask for at the bank??

What do you mean with "29 days left on visa exempt extension stamp (11 Nov)." . . 🙄 "visa exempt extension stamp" 🤔  Did you enter visa exempt and extended with 30 days? Then you don't have a 90-days Non-Imm-O retirement visa. Maybe you meant, you entered visa-exempt and did the "change of visa type" from the exempt entry to the 90-days Non-Imm-O visa on Immigration?

You need to go to the bank the same day you go to immigration, have them update your bank book, have them give you a letter that shows your balance and activity on that day and provide you documentation that proves the money came in from overseas... so 3 things.

If you're currently on a visa exemption then you first need the non imm O VISA before you can apply for the 1 year extention of stay. The main thing you need from the bank is proof your 800k funds were transferred from abroad

There is no 90-day extension for retirement. It's 12 months. I think you mean visa
