6.1.3 - Is this document correct as part of the process to get the 90 day O visa from within Bangkok?
It says I need to go and get another letter certifying I was single before marriage but I had to do that to get married and then have it certified by my embassy and the Thai government again.
If this is correct would they accept a picture taken of the documents?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the requirements for obtaining a 90-day O visa in Bangkok, specifically regarding the need for a document certifying they were single prior to marriage. They expressed confusion since they had already obtained such documentation for their marriage process. Responses suggest that while a picture of the document might be attempted, providing the original certified copy is advised. Additionally, it's noted that different situations have varying requirements for the Non-O visa, and visiting the local immigration office is recommended for personalized guidance.

You can get a Non-O inside Thailand for a variety of reasons. The requirements are different for each reason. Best you go talk to your local immigration office
have you contacted the specific office you will be applying at? For instance, I didn't need the affirmation translated and legalised again for my non o application.
as far as I can tell you have to apply for that visa outside of Thailand at an embassy/consulate then enter Thailand with it…with this visa you can apply for the 1 year retirement visa inside Thailand…are you in or out of Thailand
the 90 day report is a self explanatory system on the 90th day or so you go to immigration or apply online or mail it in, no additional documents are needed all there do is look you up in the system to make sure your visa is still valid
