TLDR : Answer Summary
Travelers applying for a 30-day extension on a 60-day tourist visa in Thailand generally do not need to show proof of accommodation for the entire extension period. However, it is necessary to provide proof of where you are currently staying. Some immigration offices may require a TM30 form filed by you or your landlord, while others may not. It is advisable to check specific requirements for the immigration office you will visit.

there is no proof of accommodation for the length of your extension when you apply

you show proof of where you're staying

Some offices require a TM30 filed by you or the landlord some don't, post on a f/b group related to where you will be staying when you go for the extension and ask the requirements, there are over 80 immigration offices in the country

this is a general list of what you can be asked for to get a 30 day extension on a tourist visa
