you still need to get the correct copies, fill out the TM7 application for extension form and have a passport photo attached to the application form :/

yes. They take pictures of you with their camera on the desk, and they take a copy of your passport.90 days report is the same thing, just bring your passport. Very easy 🙂

Go to your local Immigration Office and ask for their handout of requirement.

Different immigration offices have different policies, but all will need the following for a 30 day extension of stay based on tourism:

1. Your passport and:

a. a copy of your data ("picture") page

b. a copy of your most recent visa (if you have one)

c. a copy of your most recent stamp

d. a copy of your departure card

2. [MAYBE] A TM30, filed in the immigration office.

3. The forms (each immigration office may have different forms, and may want to use their special forms)

4. 2x passport pictures

5. 1,900 THB.

, i agree with Benjamin's list. You may also need to prepare a photocopy of all the stamped/marked pages in your passport (not just the one with the Thai immigration stamp). Nonthaburi Immigration usually asks for this too.
