Hello! I am currently on a 30 day visa exempt after flying in from Cambodia. I would like to extend for a further 30 days in Phuket Immigration. I'd like to check:
1) What documents are required?
2) Is it 100% necessary to have a TM 30? This wasn't required when I extended previously in Bangkok and would like to check as I don't have one.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend a 30-day visa exempt in Phuket, you typically need to provide an application form, a passport-sized photo, copies of the passport's ID page and entry stamp, and the departure card. The TM 30 form is required if you're on a private address; otherwise, if you're without a landlord, a power of attorney with a 10 THB tax stamp is necessary. The extension fee is approximately 1,900 THB. Phuket Immigration is noted for being organized, and if you have uncertainties, visiting early and consulting with volunteers for guidance is recommended.

Hi Robert thanks for the info. I'm currently staying in a friend's place whilst she is away for the summer. How could I go about the TM30/ power of attorney?
