How can I extend my 60 Days Tourist Visa in Thailand by 30 days?

Here on 60 Days Tourist Visa (TR). Need to extend by 30 Days (not 60 days, no "covid extension"). My questions are as follows:

1. Correct address for responsible Immigration Office is Government Complex, Immigration Division 1 in Chang Watthana 7, Lak Si? (NOT the temporary in Muang Thang?)

1. Are necessary documents just scan of passport+stamps and the passport picture along with form TM7?

1. Or do I need hotel booking paid as confirmation or not?

Thank you everybody for the help and input!

TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend your 60 Days Tourist Visa (TR) by 30 days in Thailand, you should go to the Chengwattana Government Office. Required documents typically include a scan of your passport and stamps, a passport picture, completed TM7 form, and a copy of your TM6 form. Additionally, there is a fee of 1,900 baht. While some travelers have been asked for a TM30 form and hotel booking confirmation, it is not mandatory, but it's advisable to get a screenshot from your hotel or ask them to confirm your stay.

Tourist visa extensions are at Chengwattana government office. Passport data page, entry stamp, TM6 (white card in your passport), photo, filled out TM7 and 1,900 baht. You may or may not be asked for a filed TM30. From reports here some people are some aren’t. Ask your hotel for a screenshot of their filing for you to be covered if you are.
