I apologise in advance as this question has probably been asked many times but I am very confused and a little anxious around visa requirements!
I am currently on a Tourist Visa which expires in early May. I am waiting on some job interviews and will hopefully get employment and change to a Non-B visa however think I should extend my visa for an additional 30 days in case they take awhile to get back to me. I am just wanting to know what documentation I require to extend my tourist visa, what info I need to take to immigration.
Sending appreciation and thank yous in advance!

TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend your Tourist Visa in Thailand for an additional 30 days, you will need to gather several documents. These include: a filled-out TM7 application form with a passport-sized photo, copies of your passport's data page, the visa sticker, entry stamp, TM6 departure card, and a TM30 receipt (if required by the office you visit). Additionally, you will need to pay a fee of 1900 baht. Make sure to check which immigration office you will be visiting, as requirements may vary.
When you said you are on Tourist visa, did you buy single entry tourist visa in Thai consulate before you flew into Thailand or you entered Thailand visa exempt scheme (without real visa sticker)?
