Why would you waste time while on a trip away from home applying for an extension (remember the extension requirements where you are travelling to may be different to what your local Immigration Office requires so could be a total waste of time)?

You can only apply in another provence if you first get a new TM30 from the owner of the accommodation you are staying at, in that provence. You cannot apply with a TM30 issued in CM.
