TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the process of obtaining a Non-O marriage visa in Thailand while arriving on a standard (tourist) visa. They are already married and have necessary documents prepared. Responses suggest entering Thailand with a tourist visa, followed by checking with the local Thai immigration office for requirements to convert to a Non-O visa and possibly applying for extensions.

IF you want to enter Thailand on tourist visa or visa-exempt then apply for Non-O visa/extension, you need to apply for in-country Non-O first (general info is on the link below), then apply for an extension (general info is mentioned above)

[this is info for Non-O being married to a Thai]

Thank u very much. Then I will make it in Thailand. We are married since 2018. Registration for it we also have to do in Thailand. Money is on the bank, house we have, so there should be no problem.

If you need added time AFTER you are married to Thai...you can apply for one time 60 days Family Visit extension.

Suggest you enter with a tourist visa as that will give you 60+30=90 days to get married and make your application for your marriage Non O and one year extension.

Are you NOW married to a Thai?.

If not..

Suggest you check with your German Embassy Re the need for any notarized or translated papers /documents you may need in Thailand to be able to get married.

And after you arrive into Thailand visit your local Thai immigration office and pick up their list of requirements for you to get the Non O as Married to Thai and the one year extension of stay.
