Any expert views please…. I’ll be flying out of Thailand right on 90 days before coming back for good (Take That) in January. Should I still submit a 90 day report this trip, I’ve moved around several locations - it’ll be a first time experience submitting if I do

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on whether to submit a 90-day report while preparing to leave Thailand for 90 days. Comments advise that if the user leaves the country before the 90-day reporting due date, they do not need to file a report for that trip and will need to submit their next report 90 days after returning. Additionally, there are concerns about having two overlapping addresses registered for TM30 and how it may affect their immigration status.

i have been staying in hotel which is paid until the end of September. I have taken a condo with 12 month lease but I wanted it earlier so I could get it prepared. Will immigration be bothered that I am registered at two addresses overlapping 10 days until end of month. Agent will not budge on registering me later , I kinda understand they want to keep themselves right in law. However will it affect me? I paid a lot for the hotel so don’t want to lose the luxury for 10 days .
hi Brandon , so will the hotel want to know why I’ve registered at new address before checking out? I’m just worried I upset some sort of process at immigration. I intend to go for my retirement visa in October after I’m settled in new condo . Thanks for responding
The hotel would have no idea. The TM30 is not any kind of system. It's just a database. People make entries into the database. The hotel can't see anyone else's entries.
Leaving country no need to do 90 day if left before it was due. Your next 90 day will be due 90 days after you return. You will need to submit your tm30 to your local immigration 24hrs after return.
Count your days carefully. Your entry day is day 1. You have to report if you are in Thailand 89 days after that.
They won’t care at the airport when you leave but when you return and are due your next 90 day report an eagle eyed officer may spot that you didn’t report correctly earlier and slap you with a 2,000 baht fine.
If you will be here for 90 days then do your report up to 15 days prior just to CYA.
