What do I need to do to obtain a COVID extension after changing my address from Nonthaburi to Bangkok?

So I was trying get covid extension first time but the guy said I need to notifying my change of address cause I have stamp from nonthaburi (was living there when I extended my visa exempt) but now in Bangkok. So I try to do that I think it’s notification of stay? But they asking for tm30 I ask my hotel and they said they did it online and just tell them that. Will I have no problem? I trying to get a physical receipt but my hotel ain’t having it.

have your hotel PRINT the receipt that shows they did a TM30 for you. It will look like the middle image (the green yellow one) as that's the online portal hotels use

I believe Bangkok is asking for the TM30. Have your hotel print out one of the two bottom documents in the attached screenshot, and submit that as proof.
