I went to immigration samut prakan yesterday to get the covid extension as my 30day extension from end of march runs out in 10days
They said I need to fill in TM30 I sent it to my landlord but she doesn't know about it ...what documents do I need and if she sents it to me can I fill the form myself or does she have to fill it herself.
Anyone been asked to do a TM30 when going to apply for extension on visa exempt ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The poster seeks guidance on obtaining a COVID extension for their visa exempt status and is inquiring about the TM30 form required by immigration in Samut Prakan. They need to know what documents are necessary for the extension application and whether their landlord should fill out the TM30 form. Responses indicate that a TM30 form is indeed necessary for visa extension applications in Samut Prakan and advise the poster to possibly have their landlord file it, particularly if they reside in a leased apartment or hotel.
I *DO NOT* know if Samut Prakan allows self filing of TM30.
IF you are staying at an apartment with a lease, or a hotel, the landlord should be able to do it. If you are staying at an AirBnB, don't expect them to file a TM30.
You can have your landlord watch the following video made by the Thai government about the TM30

It is a document that immigration can ask, and there has been lots of reports of immigration asking for the TM30 when applying for a 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19
