I have got straight away (no under consideration stamp) a 4th covid extension on a tourist visa at the Immigration Government Complex Building B (Chang Watthana).
What is required to ask for the extension:
* passport
* departure card (TM6)
* copy of all passport pages
* copy of departure card (TM6)
* 1 picture
* 1900 bath in cash
For the first time, I filled the TM47 form (I had to show the lease agreement) so I will have to notify my address again in 90 days.
QUESTION:
So from now, I guess I am allowed to notify it online. Is the procedure working normally?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user shared their experience of obtaining a 4th COVID-related extension on a tourist visa at the Chang Watthana Immigration office and inquired about the online notification procedure for 90-day reporting following their extension. The responses suggest the possibility of notifying online, though there are concerns that the online system may not recognize COVID extensions. Users were advised to check with their local immigration office for the most accurate information.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Serviceto get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).

I'm closing comments. Different immigration offices have different policies for doing the 90 day report. ASK your local immigration office if a 90 day report is needed. THEY would be able to answer your question.
Once you start doing 90 day reports (for what ever reason) and have a receipt that you did one you should be in the system "should" be able to file the next one online. 😕 Sadly it's not working out for a lot of people though
