Hello visa Gurus.

Strong possibility that we will be moving soon from Samut Prakan to Nakhon Pathom in a "rent to buy" situation until we can sell our home in Samut Prakan.

I am assuming a TM28 (?) will need to be done but not sure if by me or the landlord ?

Other things that will need to be changed (I think) are...

Thai ID card.

House book.

Car registration.

Anything I should add to the list please?

Will be appreciative for any info.

Thank you everyone.

I use Nakhon Pathom, they seem less strict than many offices I read about. Go there and speak to the girl/young woman at the desk just inside the door. She's very helpful.

Also, go early, avoid holidays and Mondays😁

all good mate. Thank you. I was contemplating just "winging it" (all the changes) until we actually buy the house but I think it's a bit risky.

You should head over to the Nakhon Pathom immigration office once you get up there so you can see if they require a TM28 form (change of address) or just the TM30 (notification of foreigner in residence) only
