TLDR : Answer Summary
After receiving your first one-year extension of stay based on marriage, you are required to do a 90-day report. However, the specific requirements can vary depending on the slips provided in your passport. If a new slip was issued along with your extension, you need to follow its instructions. Otherwise, if the old slip is still valid, it could be counted from your arrival date in Thailand.

It looks like the OP got his answers; I'm closing comments. Good luck!

If you've done a 90 day report in person already you can do the rest online. I've been doing mine online for 2 year's with no issues.

Will do in future, thanks. This will be the first report.

Your very first 1 year extension counts as a 90 day report

In all the extensions and reports I've done over the years, they always counted 90 from arrival in the kingdom.

If they tucked a slip into his passport, he should do what it says.

It may have been because of his 60 days extension

that depends . .only if they tucked a new slip into his passport. If they left the old slip in there, it still counts

Thanks so much. Do you know if a TM30 is required? My landlady seems oblivious.

@Kieran ******
You do not need a 90 day repot to file a TM30

Do you know if my Thai wife can do it on my behalf?

@Kieran ******
Yes, your wife can do the 90 day report for you. OR you can send it via registered/ tracked mail. She will need to bring:

-Copy of all passport pages (up to the latest arrival stamp in the Kingdom or latest visa stamp)

-Copy of arrival/departure card TM. 6 (front and back)

-Previous notifications of staying over 90 days (if any)

-Completely filled in and signed notification form TM. 47

Thanks. Unfortunately I cannot go on Monday!

Thanks. So the one year extension of stay I was granted today doesn't count for anything towards 90 day reporting?
Benjamin ******
@Kieran ******
No, it doesn't. Just follow the note that's in your passport
Benjamin ******
You had to make your 90 day notification between September 28 through October 19 (14 days before, and 7 days after). You can do it on Monday and you shouldn't get fined.

Looks like I missed it already

Is this still the case even if I had an extension of stay based on Thai wife prior to receiving the one year extension?

I was on amnesty, then I applied for an extension of stay based on Thai wife for one year, and the IO granted me a one month extension while waiting for my one year extension to be approved.

>if I had an extension of stay based on Thai wife

I don't understand. Did you get a 60 extension of stay based on visiting Thai family?

You need to do one in 90 days. There should be a slip in your passport stating when you need to report
