60 days extension( based on marriage to a thai) to my multiple entry gotten from savannakhet. What documents are required please? And most importantly,  does the wife have to come along as well to the immigration? Chaeng Wattana is the place. Thank you in advance!

in Koh Samui (might be irrelevant for Chaeng Wattana but better be ready than not) they also requested a copy of landlord ID card (both sides, signed) and a copy of her house book. House book copies should include the first page and the name page. Good luck and success 😉

my problem is that im in bkk, but the wife in korat... but i think i can go korat and go immigration there...

For the extension in Chiang Rai they require the following: Tm7 application form + 1 photo

Passport and copy

Visa page copy ,Tm6 entry card in passport,copy wife ID card, copy Wife housebook, copy Marriage certificate, copy Kor ror 2 form - can be obtained at the Amphoe office for 20, baht  1900 baht
