does anyone have problems with the payment of the visa fee on THAIEVISA website? I tried to pay several times with 2 different cards today and the payment crashed every time. sometimes ended with a simple beeing logged out or simply with nthe message "payment failed or canceled". retry.
Any advice? I tried a second browser already, same.

My mom had something called 3D secure off and called the bank. The had to activate it and wait for 12 hours to try again. Not from the e-visa site but from another one where she tried to pay. Maybe it’s the same
I had the SAME issue! I tried 3 different payment types and then tried on 3 different devices (iPhone/iPad/Laptop). Then, I tried to call the Embassy for my area (Washington DC) and sat on hold for 2 hours. Decided, since you get a 30 days free pass, I’d tackle the VISA when I arrive. BTW…moving day is in 7 days!! 😃
well, i am nearly that far, just to get 30 days and work from there onwards. the only problem, I have a return ticket 91day after arrival, so I think EVA AIR does not let me board in Vienna without a visa?
But today in the morning I opened my account and I was getting ready to start my payment session. BUT MY VISA HAS BEEN PAID FOR OVER NIGHT WITH MY PAYMENT SLIP FOR VIEW. Thank you for giving my problem thoughts. SOLVED!
By the way, all the errors came up because I used two ATM cards with creditcard function. But the same error occured with my real credit card but in the next morning the payment was done with the real credit card.
