What should I do if my multi-entry tourist visa payment status is still pending after applying online?

I applied for a multi-entry tourist visa at thaievisa.go.th. Went to pay ($200), clicked submit, and it redirected me to the homepage and there is no posted payment on my credit card. It is Saturday so maybe it's not processed? My visa status is "pending payment". I don't want to pay again in case it takes a few days and I don't want to get charged twice.

Does anyone know if it takes a few [business] days for the payment to process or did it not go through and I need to pay again?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user applied for a multi-entry tourist visa in Thailand but faced an issue where the payment went to a homepage without confirmation, and the visa status shows 'pending payment.' They are unsure if the payment has processed or if they need to pay again. Responses suggest that processing may take time due to the weekend and upcoming Thai holiday. It's advised to check with the bank regarding the transaction and to monitor the status before attempting a second payment.

Call your bank or card provider they can see the transaction before it posts on your online statement

Possible indeed that it is not possible in a weekend . AND keep in mind Monday is ALSO a Thai holiday. I would just wait. Hope you explained very good why you want a multi entry tourist visa. When not, they give you a single entry with no refund, I read already many times. Good luck !
