Why can't I proceed with the payment for my online tourist visa in Thailand?

I’m just trying to proceed to payment for my online tourist visa, I’ve selected submit via post but I keep getting the same message all day that the time slot has been fully booked and check back tomorrow. Has anybody else had this issue? I’ve noticed the entire layout of the online visa site has changed since Friday when I was last logged in. Maybe there is technical problems on the website

U must click upload & then the icon button-

It feels like u do it twice- but thats usually whats stopping it in details documents stage

 it appears to have changed slightly over the weekend. It says ready to submit and there’s no option to upload now, only proceed to payment and then it just getting that same message saying there’s no time slots left today. Maybe tomorrow it will let me submit the application. Earlier it did say the website was down for maintenance.

Mate mine is different but I remember it said download file- which i did- then it wouldnt let me go to pay - because after down load i had to hit a button

To upload to file what i had downloaded.
